A sink full of cats!

Cats love to sleep on ceramic sinks. My tabbies enjoy power naps in my bathroom sink, especially during hot days.

Obviously, I can’t use my sink when they decide to sleep there. Poor me. I have to use the closest kitchen sink because I don’t have the heart to disturb Peter and Julius, especially because it usually takes them sometime to find the best position to squeeze themselves in one sink!

I enjoy watching them sink in their sleep (pun intended) although they deny me access to my washbasin. To get something out of this situation, I just train my camera on them. They would momentarily wake up to humor me, then they’ll reclaim my sink and go back to sleep.

Yesterday, I saw online this awesome cat bed that mimics a ceramic sink. Made by a company called Little Cat Design, the Cat’s Contour Ceramic Cat Bed was designed with so much thought for all the sink-loving cats out there.

If you get this for your cat, they will no longer be limited to the bathroom sink and they will hopefully give you back your sink. Sometimes, it’s really best to give in to what they want so everyone will be happy. I, for one, have this sinking feeling my cats would love this stylish sink bed.
